Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shade.

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated shipping times
- Domestic orders: 3–7 business days after shipment  
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Shade is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at findyourownshade@gmail.com.

Delayed or lost packages
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s control. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. You may also email us at findyourownshade@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at findyourownshade@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.
