Refund Policy

At Shade, we want you to feel confident in every order.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.Because our products are skincare and personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To start a return, please email us at findyourownshade@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at findyourownshade@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items, if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
